We have created a list of questions and reading prompts appropriate for each phase to support you as parents with asking your children a range of comprehension and inference questions about the books they are reading.  This is not an exhaustive list but is intended to give you an idea of the types of questions we ask in school and suggested questions for you to ask at home.  We would suggest asking two or three questions each time you hear your child read.
