New Online Booking System for Before and After School Clubs
Based on feedback from parents we have been looking at how we can improve your booking and payment experience for our before and after school club.
Starting after the October 2019 half term we are really pleased to say that this will now be done through Rattle and Roll and their bespoke online system. Many of you will be familiar with this already from booking instrumental tuition; choir, drama or holiday clubs through them.
This booking platform will allow you to make all your bookings for breakfast club and afterschool club online. Payment can be via direct debit (to be set up when you register) or via childcare vouchers (they accept all childcare vouchers).
The system offers flexibility to book an entire term or individual ad-hoc sessions. Payments will be due monthly in arrears. At the end of each month you will receive an email from Rattle and Roll confirming which sessions you have booked and the total amount you are due to pay. This will then be collected via direct debit or you will need to transfer childcare vouchers for this amount to their account.
Each day school will have access to the latest register for those booked onto breakfast and after school club. All personal, contact and medical details will be stored online too.
For safeguarding reasons we can only accept children at breakfast club and afterschool club that are registered through this system. Please note this also applies to pre-existing bookings - places will be honoured but online registration and online payment is essential. Any cash/cheque payments already sent in will be returned to you.
If anyone needs help or guidance booking these sessions please call the dedicated helpline on 07722014301 that runs 9am-6pm.
Monday - Friday
7.45 - 8.35 am
3.30 - 6.00 pm
School Holidays/Inset Days
7.45 am - 6.00 pm
The club is closed on Bank holidays and part of the Christmas holidays.
The club is based in the school's old building. We also have the use of the Preschool, Hall, Library and specific outside areas under supervision.
Children are provided with breakfast and a drink, if required, at Breakfast Club, and a drink and small snack during the After School Club, at around 3.45 pm.
We aim to provide a variety of snacks reflecting and including health, dietary requirements and cultural diversity, however it is not a replacement for a full meal. Water is available throughout the session and the children are encouraged to help themselves.
During the school holidays/inset days, breakfast is provided as well as a small snack in the afternoon. Children present at lunchtime will need to bring a packed lunch within a suitable chilled container.
