‘Neuro’ means brain, and ‘diversity’ means the many ways our brains can think, learn and grow. This means that neurodiversity celebrates the fact that we all have different brains and think in our own unique ways.
Every person learns, feels and understands the world a little differently—and that’s a wonderful thing. It’s really important that we recognise and respect these differences, because they are part of what makes each of us special.
At our school, we believe that everyone’s strengths and differences should be valued and celebrated. Together, these differences help our community grow, learn and thrive.
