The final term of year 5 has arrived...eeeeeek!

Our next topic for the second summer term is Tomorrow's World. Further information on this topic can be found on the sub-pages above. As usual, Mrs Smith will be taking the class on a Monday afternoon, whilst PE will be taught by coaches on a Thursday afternoon. 

Each Friday, I upload a weekly newsletter onto the class page for you all to read. This will contain any important information for the week ahead and the homework set for the week. I would greatly appreciate if you can give this a read! We have also recently begun a weekly Friday afternoon show and tell type activity, where children can present to the class something that they have achieved, or something that is important to them. So far, we've had dancing, football and even a fossil collection! The name spinner picks a child per week to present the following week.

Useful Information:

• PE is on a Thursday – please remember to have your PE kit in school. Try to ensure that you have a jumper or something to wrap up warm in!
• Children should have water bottles with them in school.
• Pencil cases can be kept in school.
• Please aim to label all clothing and equipment.
